I founded Sage Consulting on a simple belief: Exceptional strategy, communication, and design should not be reserved for organizations with the biggest budgets.
I've seen brilliant ideas, meaningful initiatives, and talented leaders struggle to gain momentum—not because they lack value, but because they lack the strategic clarity, resources, or compelling storytelling needed to bring their vision to life. For women, underrepresented founders, and small businesses, that gap can mean missed opportunities for growth, ownership, and generational wealth.
With more than 15 years of experience spanning human-centered design, strategic communications, digital transformation, and enterprise change leadership, I've built my career at the intersection of people, technology, and organizational performance. My experience includes guiding complex transformation initiatives, influencing stakeholders, shaping executive narratives, and helping organizations navigate change at scale.
Through Sage Consulting, I bring that same enterprise-level strategic thinking to businesses, corporations, and mission-driven organizations—including those serving the public sector.
